**Job Title:** Advanced Practice Provider - Inpatient General Pediatrics

 

Overview:

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in Inpatient General Pediatrics. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to our young patients and their families.

 

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

 

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work collaboratively with our attending physicians to deliver high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing complex acute, critical, and chronically ill patients
  • Developing and implementing individualized plans of care
  • Providing education to patients and families
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Nursing or related field (Nurse Practitioner) or a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (Physician Assistant)
  • At least 1 year of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Current licensure and certification as a Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) and Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) (Pennsylvania) or Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) (New Jersey)
  • Prescriptive authority in Pennsylvania or New Jersey
