### Job Summary

We're seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as an Arcade Attendant at Round1. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring a fun experience for our guests.

### Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers to determine their needs and provide assistance as needed
* Maintain inventory levels in amusement games and ensure they are clean and visually appealing
* Respond promptly and politely to customer requests and inquiries
* Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management

### Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment preferred

### Work Environment

* Work in a fast-paced bowling center/arcade environment with high levels of noise and activity
* Regularly stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times

### Physical Demands

* Bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have high mobility/flexibility in small spaces
* Lift and move up to 100 lbs with assistance
