About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented PDR Specialist to join our team at Hawthorne Cat. As a PDR Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining our rental and sales inventory, ensuring that our equipment is in top condition and ready for our customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate the rental and sales inventory, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and prepared for use.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rental and sales equipment, including washing, fueling, and performing basic preventative maintenance.
  • Keep the rental yard clean and organized, ensuring that all equipment is properly stored and secured.
  • Assist in the demonstration of equipment to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Work closely with the Service Supervisor to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
  • PC skills and ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
  • Forklift certification or ability to be certified within 60 days.
  • Some operational and mechanical knowledge of rental trucks and equipment.
  • Ability to work with internal and external customers in a courteous and diplomatic manner.
