Job Description:
As a Master Guitar Craftsman at Guitar Center, you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong focus on craftsmanship, initiative, and the ability to sell and train others. You will interact with customers, service instruments with high-quality craftsmanship, maintain store-owned gear, complete warranty repair work, and perform additional duties as assigned.
