F-35 Kit Management/Integration Senior

This is a senior-level position within the Aeronautics, Sustainment Operations' Supply Operations and Logistics (SO&L) team, responsible for managing the execution of dynamic, complex sustainment contracts/requirements for international and domestic customers.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and integrate activities for Items/Kit Management Cost, Schedule, and Technical Performance for assigned Change Requests (CRs), from initial Sales Order Placement, to Kit Accumulation and DD-250, to final delivery to the customer.
- Conduct supply analysis, demand forecasting, configuration management, and execution of engineering design/field configuration CRs.
- Manage risk/risk mitigation for Supply Operations and Logistics contracted deliverables, functional, and support areas.
- Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Items/Kit Management, SAP Sales Orders Management, Contract/Requirements Management, Performance Management and Metrics, Forecast/Proposal Development, Basis of Estimates, Earned Value Management of all contracted elements within a Weapons Systems Sustainment Life Cycle.
- Establish collaborative business approaches and working relationships with Lockheed Martin stakeholders and Suppliers/Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and 3PL Logistics Service Providers.
- Excellent verbal, written, and telecommuting communication skills and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Project, Visio, Access, SharePoint, Box, and Tableau.
- Previous experience with the F-35 Program Portfolio.
- Previous experience with Kit Management, Item Management, or Supply Operations.
- Understanding of U.S. Department of Defense projects and experience with both domestic and international suppliers is highly desired.
- Understanding of Root Cause/Corrective Action analysis as applied to component defects, supplier performance, and DD-250 accuracy.
