As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA services to our clients and contributing to the growth and development of our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate a team approach toward treatment, ensuring seamless collaboration with other disciplines.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop treatment recommendations that meet the needs of our clients and payers.
- Train and supervise BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
- Implement, monitor, collect, and evaluate data to inform treatment decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Work directly with clients and their families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our ABA services and grow our client base.
- Evaluate the efficacy of treatment and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, including communication, empathy, emotional intelligence, and flexibility, to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and families.
- Implement direct instruction and naturalistic teaching styles with high fidelity, demonstrating a commitment to evidence-based practices.
- Model professional behavior, including competence with crisis intervention and effective training with parents and staff.
SPACE Therapy & Gym is a therapist-owned and operated private practice that values innovation, collaboration, and engagement. We are committed to providing comprehensive ABA services that meet the unique needs of our clients and their families. As a BCBA on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $105,000 per year.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, continuing education credits, dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, professional development assistance, referral program, retirement plan, and vision insurance.
- A Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related service line (SpEd, Psychology, etc.).
- A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience with clinic-based ABA.
- Experience working with a multidisciplinary team is preferred.
