Job Overview

Tatte Holdings LLC seeks an experienced and skilled Café Manager to support the company's mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of the café management team, this individual will be responsible for leading by example, coaching team members, and ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of café operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Coaching: Model authentic guest experiences, coach team members to deliver exceptional hospitality, and bring Tatte's brand purpose, mission, and values to life.
  • Operational Excellence: Uphold Tatte operational standards through execution of company training systems and standard operating procedures, ensuring consistent delivery of service, product knowledge, safety, and sanitation.
  • Team Management: Lead teams through shifts, oversee deployment of team members, and provide clear feedback to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of supervisory experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of café operations and station setup
  • Capable of working in a team setting
  • Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with UltiPro, Toast, CrunchTime, and Teamworx
  • ServSafe, Allergen, and ChokeSaver Certifications

Compensation:

This is a competitive salary position, with compensation ranging from $22.75-$26/hour+, depending on experience.
