Our comprehensive services include advanced primary care, mental health, occupational health, musculoskeletal, and pharmacy services, delivered through our 680+ health centers across 41 states.

Our providers focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We offer smaller patient panels, more time with patients, fewer administrative tasks, and opportunities to work within a team of professionals passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system.

The salary range for this position is $225,000 - $250,000 per year, based on location and experience. Benefits include a non-production-based compensation package, comprehensive benefits, regular provider meetings, and an annual incentive.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a licensed MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. You will also need CPR/BLS certification and a DEA license.
