About the Role:

As a post surgical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your primary duties will include:
  • Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote positive outcomes
  • Educating patients and families about disease management and prevention strategies


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A current RN license and multi-state compact acceptance
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in post-surgical care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
