Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Peru. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving their complimentary breakfast.

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including setting up breakfast items and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Greet and acknowledge guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
• Bus and clean tables, straighten chairs, and properly arrange the furniture to maintain a clean and organized breakfast area.
• Restock drink and food items, as well as other supplies, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast area, including emptying trash receptacles and disposing of all drink and food items and supplies in accordance with health codes.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Friendly demeanor and good customer service skills necessary.
• Previous experience in customer-based business preferred.

This role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends if needed. You will be required to stand and walk 90% of the work day, with sitting limited to short breaks. You will also be required to lift supplies, usually not more than 25 lbs, but may be up to 50 lbs.
