Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fintech Analyst to join our team at Tek Experts. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and technical support, with experience in managing customer relationships and resolving complex technical issues. Familiarity with Azure and/or competing cloud products is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support, resolving technical issues and escalating complex cases as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to case deflection initiatives
- Develop and maintain incident management requests to product group or engineering group
- Contribute to the development of digital self-help assets to improve customer and engineer experience
- Provide technical coaching and mentoring to colleagues
- Drive technical collaboration and engagement outside of customer support services
- Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services and/or technical support
- Familiarity with Azure and/or competing cloud products (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate complex technical information to customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
