Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and presentation meet our high standards.
  2. Food and Beverage Service: Assist the service team as needed by serving food and beverages promptly and courteously, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional requests.
  3. Menu Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings, to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
  4. Area Presentation: Set up the bar area with accurate stocking and prep levels while ensuring cleanliness and readiness throughout service. Restock the area as needed daily and throughout the shift.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and coordinated service, and assist with other tasks as needed to maintain a well-functioning dining environment.
  6. Area Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and maintaining high levels of hygiene and safety.
  7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including serving alcohol responsibly and checking IDs as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Barista in a high-end or fast-paced environment.
  2. Beverage Techniques: Excellent knowledge of beverage techniques.
  3. Creativity and Passion: Creativity and passion for crafting innovative beverages.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  6. Health and Safety: Knowledge of health and safety standards for food and beverages.
  7. Certification: Certification in responsible alcohol service.
