As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the hospital's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare to our patients and communities.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to a diverse range of patients, including those with cardiac, pulmonary, and neurological conditions.
- Manage patient medications, treatments, and therapies, including IV therapy, wound care, and pain control.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and report patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to ensure timely interventions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification for specific specialty area(s), such as Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- At least 12 months of full-time experience as a Registered Professional Nurse, with less than 24 months of post-internship experience for nurses being promoted from a Staff RN I position.
