Automotive Store Operations Leader

About the Role:
The Store Manager is accountable for driving store sales and profitability, leading and developing a team of store associates, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This key leadership position plays a crucial role in the success of our stores.
Sales Performance:
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive growth will be essential to your success in this role.
Team Leadership:
You will lead and motivate a team of store associates, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to help them grow professionally and personally. Your leadership style should foster an environment of open communication, collaboration, and respect.
Customer Satisfaction:
Your focus on delivering exceptional customer service will be paramount in building strong relationships with our customers and driving repeat business. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that customers receive timely and effective support, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

* Sales experience, preferably in the retail industry
* Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office products; fluent computer skills
* Understanding of inventory control methods and accountabilities
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates, and management
* Execute multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and composure
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or Automotive field
* Five or more years of experience in the automotive industry as a Lead or Supervisory role
