We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Developer to join our team at Oracle Corporation. As a key member of our software engineering division, you will play a critical role in defining and evolving standard practices and procedures. Your expertise in software development, research, and analysis will enable you to make significant contributions to our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software applications or operating systems
  • Collaborate across teams to improve critical services
  • Define specifications for new projects and develop software according to those specifications

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant systems engineering experience
  • Software development experience in Golang or other programming languages
  • Deep familiarity with Linux, including IPC, multi-threaded programming, containers, security, and virtual machines
  • Comfort with container technologies such as Docker, container, or Kubernetes
