We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of products through our production process.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently, adhering to established standards and quality controls.
- Operate scanning equipment to ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Pack orders to customer specifications, meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve issues, providing timely and candid feedback to team members and management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 6+ months of warehouse and/or production work experience.
- Able to work scheduled and assigned times, including overtime, as required.
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, weighing between 10-35 pounds, and up to 60-90 pounds, depending on the location.
- Able to work in multi-temperature environments, including cooler, freezer, and dry areas.
- Able to obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as Forklift operation.
- Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
