We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate MST/DCF Clinician to join our team at Wheeler Clinic. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide evidence-based intensive in-home clinical services to adolescents with substance abuse and delinquent behaviors and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide model-adherent, evidence-based intensive in-home clinical services to adolescents and their families.
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude, working collaboratively with internal and external providers to ensure effective and well-coordinated care.
- Complete a five-day training program certifying you in the MST model.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related license-eligible field
- A valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a vehicle in the community
- One of the following credentials: LPCA, LMFTA, LPC, LMFT, LMSW (permit or license), or LCSW
This full-time position is based in New Britain/Hartford, CT, with opportunities for flexible work schedules and free supervision hours towards licensure.
