Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plant Operations Specialist to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain complex manufacturing equipment, including high-speed converting and packing machinery
  • Monitor and control production processes from a computer terminal
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records and data to track production metrics and quality control
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
  • Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols
