Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician and Mechanic to join our team at ALL Crane Rental of Louisiana, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing mobile cranes, heavy-duty semi-tractors, and trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and hydraulic systems on mobile cranes and heavy-duty equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with service writers, supervisors, and customers to ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Operate diagnostic equipment such as Cummins INSITE to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Strong background in diesel engine, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative to resolve issues.
  • Basic set of mechanic's hand tools and ability to safely operate complex construction equipment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures and humidity levels.
  • Previous experience with Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks is a plus.
