Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner, adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Pass.
- Review and document medication administration records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse to ensure medication updates and resident care plans are implemented effectively.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates, and participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and Individualized Care Plans (ICPs).
- Participate in daily Cross Over meetings and contribute to the overall engagement programs and processes.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA/British Columbia Workers Compensation Act and Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requirements, promoting Risk Management programs and policies.
- Valid Ohio LPN or RN licensure.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the resident's best interest.
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
