At Tapestry, we're looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all guests.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, sales, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and navigate a fast-paced retail environment.
