Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As an Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on electrical and electronic equipment, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and electronic equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
  • Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment and systems
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation of plant equipment and systems
  • Develop and implement procedures for maintenance and repair of equipment and systems
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all equipment and systems meet safety and quality standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in electronics or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics maintenance and repair
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working in a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs up to 8 feet, and perform repetitive motions.
