Job Summary

Kettering Health seeks a seasoned HR professional to lead campus HR operations for multiple facilities within a designated region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in workforce development, recruitment, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight for campus HR operations, including workforce development, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Champion people strategies and drive culture initiatives for the workforce across multiple campuses.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic operational plans for managing employee engagement and outcomes.
  • Maintain overall fiscal responsibility for HR campus programs within the assigned region.
  • Represent the region at HR Strategy Council and serve as the HR representative on campus Executive Councils.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of HR leadership experience, preferably in all HR functions.
