Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team at Ambercare. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Job Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for providing nursing care to pediatric clients, including administering medications, performing routine supervisory visits, and monitoring patient vital signs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to pediatric clients, including administering medications and performing routine supervisory visits
  • Monitor patient vital signs and make specific measurements and observations
  • Monitor and record intake and output, reporting significant changes immediately
  • Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team
  • Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise the delivery of excellent client service
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current practical nurse licensure
  • At least 2 years of practical nursing experience
  • Ability to travel locally in your own vehicle and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage
