Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist

Job Summary:

The Certified Surgical Technologist will be responsible for assisting surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments
  • Ensure a safe and sterile environment for patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and procedures
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist
  • 1-2 years of experience in a surgical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules
