About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at NOV Energy Products and Services. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electronic and mechanical equipment, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly prints to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Operate machines and use hand tools and power tools to secure parts in place.
  • Mount assembly components on panels or printed circuit boards and connect component lead wires to printed circuits or routes.
  • Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
  • Assemble and attach functional and cosmetic hardware to assemblies using hand tools and power tools.
  • Perform continuity tests on completed assemblies.
  • Troubleshoot and calibrate systems, make necessary repairs, and any corrections to system.
  • Install, configure, and verify preferred software.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
  • Associate degree in Electronics Technology or Trade School Certification is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills are required.
  • Firm understanding of electronic symbols, electronic schematics, and blueprints is required.
  • Ability to recognize all colors within the visible spectrum and recognize various wiring and labeling specifications is required.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs to shoulder height and perform light physical effort to lift or move materials up to 40 pounds is required.
