Position Overview:
The Registered Dietitian Clinical Sales Liaison will collaborate with healthcare facilities in the greater Tampa area. In this role, you will cultivate and sustain partnerships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and discharge planners. Your focus will be on gathering essential discharge information and working closely with patients and clinical teams to facilitate seamless transitions from medical facilities to home care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide education and training to patients and caregivers regarding our nutrition therapy services.
- Assess methods of administration based on physician directives, including formulary adjustments and advancements in nutrition support.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing patient care and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
- Expand business relationships within existing accounts through proactive engagement.
- Maintain and enhance core therapy admissions by fostering strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager or Regional Vice President of Sales to present and negotiate therapy programs.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian with an active, unrestricted license in Florida.
- Membership with the American Dietetic Association.
- Minimum of one year of clinical nutrition support experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with pediatric populations.
- At least two years of experience in selling healthcare services.
- Desirable background in home healthcare nutrition.
- SPEN membership and CNSC certification.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Food/Nutrition or Dietetics is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
The typical pay range for this role is $54,000 to $113,934 annually. This range represents the base salary for all positions within this job grade. Actual salary offers will depend on various factors, including experience and education. CVS Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additional benefits include life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and various well-being programs.
