About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for performing and assisting with procedures in diagnostic and interventional radiology, including cardiovascular, peripheral endovascular, and structural heart procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Procedures: Complete procedures in compliance with physician orders and department guidelines. Identify patients with two identifiers and document accurately all needed aspects of the procedure.
  • Maintain Safe Environment: Maintain a safe patient environment in the procedure area. Observe and communicate with patients, responding to their needs.
  • Clerical Functions: Perform accurate clerical functions using electronic medical records and maintain proficiency in monitoring, circulating, and scrub roles.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors and teams, reporting problems, issues, or ideas, and providing assistance, ideas, and information to support the work of others.

Required Qualifications

  • Vocational or Technical Training graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Cardiovascular Laboratory (2 years preferred)
  • Registered Technologist - The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required upon hire
  • BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required upon hire and ACLSBLS2AH within 180 days
