New Graduate Nurse Residency Opportunity

RWJBarnabas Health is dedicated to the successful transition into practice of all new graduate registered nurses. Our New Graduate Nurse Residency program provides a supportive environment for our new nurses to develop their skills and confidence in providing high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time night shift role, requiring a commitment to flexible orientation requirements and to providing post-orientation clinical service. The ideal candidate will have recently graduated from an accredited nursing program with NJ RN licensure and less than 6 months of RN experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients on the Emergency Department / Cardiac Telemetry / Oncology / Med Surg unit.
  • Participate in a comprehensive orientation program that includes didactic sessions, hands-on training, and mentoring by experienced nurses.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless patient care.
