Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $12.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales floor team. Key responsibilities include processing all sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining security of cash and company assets, providing excellent customer service, and upholding the highest standards of store appearance and operations. Additionally, you will be required to fully cross-train to assist with unloading truck, receiving and stocking merchandise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail experience is preferred. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and maneuver merchandise as needed is also essential.
