We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Nurse to join our team at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in our Intermediate Care Unit.
Job Summary:The Per Diem Nurse will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This is a per diem position, and you will work on a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and medication administration records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.
- Current State Nursing License in Missouri.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in a hospital setting.
- Appropriate certifications for the specific position.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
