Solar Construction Technician

**Job Summary**
Moss is seeking a skilled Solar Laborer/Operator to join our team in the construction of utility-scale solar projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various labor duties, operating hand tools, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Learn and master all aspects of solar project construction, including safety protocols and best practices.
- Operate a variety of hand tools, including tape measures, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes.
- Perform general labor duties, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.
- May operate PD10, Skid Steer, and/or Excavator equipment.
- May work as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer, or Quality Control Representative.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
- Work extended hours, including 12-hour shifts, and may be required to work on weekends and holidays.
**Requirements**
- Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials while adhering to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from project sites.
- For some positions, experience operating PD10, Skid Steer, and/or Excavator equipment.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
- Positive and professional attitude, adhering to Moss core values.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test to ensure a safe work environment.
