Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment, adhering to safety policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures, completing work orders and requests in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase productivity and reduce waste

Requirements:
• Previous experience in production or manufacturing, with familiarity with schematics and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of manufacturing machinery and equipment, with ability to handle physical workload
• Leadership skills, with ability to motivate and guide colleagues to achieve shared goals
• Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
