Key Responsibilities- Community Outreach: Conduct outreach services by visiting community centers, homeless shelters, soup kitchens, public parks, bus & train stations to identify, engage, and transport individuals in need to our clinics.
- Risk Reduction Awareness: Educate potential at-risk clients regarding HIV/HEP C/STD risk reduction, testing, and treatment information.
- Recruitment and Transportation: Recruit participants for testing, treatments, and counseling services and provide transportation to and from the clinic for service.
- Medication Distribution: Identify medication readiness for patients to pick up and distribute preventive materials such as safe sex kits at community locations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain and protect company vehicles and property while conducting daily transportation.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this position.
- Experience: Prior experience in a primary driver-oriented role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, and a strong understanding of social services.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, in St. Lucie County. A Level 2 background check and employment drug testing are required for this position.
