We are looking for motivated and friendly individuals to join our team as sales associates, dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. The perfect candidate will be focused on meeting sales goals in a commission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Providing professional consultations to clients
- Educating customers on tanning practices and regulations
- Ensuring a tidy salon atmosphere
- Managing cash transactions and overseeing business opening and closing
- Completing daily administrative duties and tracking performance
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
