As a Radiology Specialist with TRA, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures utilizing radiation detection and imaging equipment. You will provide quality care to patients of all age groups, from newborn to elderly, according to department standards. You will also complete established competencies for the position within a designated introductory period.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic procedures utilizing radiation detection and imaging equipment
- Provide quality care to patients of all age groups
- Complete established competencies for the position
- Other related duties as assigned
- Minimum Education: Formal 2-year radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school
- Preferred Education: BS in Radiology or equivalent
- Minimum Experience: 2 years with specific experience in CT Scan components
- Required Certification/Licensure: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in computed tomography, or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification (NMTCB) in computed tomography, or ARRT (R) or NMTCB certification and documented training on computed tomography
