Caring Network seeks a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our team of up to 7 nurses and receptionists at our Austin and/or Lawndale clinics in Chicago. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of abortion-minded women and equipping them to choose life.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patient care to ensure consistency with Caring Networks' Core Values and SOPs
  • Oversee inventory, medical equipment maintenance, and waste disposal
  • Communicate with Clinical Services Director and Medical Director regarding policies and procedures
  • Build referral networks and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
  • Perform nursing and sonography duties as needed
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to Policies and Procedures
  • Protect patient health information confidentiality and security
  • Lead clinic quality assurance processes
  • Attend staff meetings and events
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to the patient team
  • Act as liaison between senior staff and patient team

Requirements:

  • Hold an Illinois RN License and BLS Certification
  • A professing Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and participation in a local church
  • Maintain a consistent life-affirming philosophy and agree with the organization's Statements of Faith and Principle
  • Proven management ability and enthusiasm for the mission and strategy of the organization
  • Ability to share the Gospel and participate in prayer with co-workers and patients

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
