We are seeking a skilled dental hygienist to join our team at Florence Family Dentistry in Florence, KY. As a dental hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth of our practice.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work part-time hours. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch patient care and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Conduct dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and screenings
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Valid dental hygiene license in Kentucky
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
  • CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of clinical experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
