Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team. As a Primary Therapist, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to heal and grow.
Responsibilities- Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Participate in clinical and team meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Licensed therapist (LCSW, CMHC, LFMT, or Associate license)
- Experience in mental health counseling and therapy
- Knowledge of CBT and trauma-informed care
- Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
