Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a dynamic educational setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapy services into the educational program
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including group and individual sessions
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Massachusetts
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy
