About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at The Indigo Road Hospitality Group. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction with food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests, monitoring their dining experience to ensure all needs are met.
  • Remain knowledgeable about our menu offerings and be able to answer questions about food, beverages, dietary restrictions, and other restaurant functions and services.
  • Perform side work for each shift as required and maintain service areas throughout the shift.
  • Prepare and present final bills, process payments, and report all gratuities received in compliance with IRS standards.
Requirements for Success
  • Exhibit a positive energy and be willing to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player.
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests.
  • A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
