Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Dental Orthodontist to join our team. As a key member of our dental care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional orthodontic care to our patients, working closely with our clinical and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality orthodontic care to patients of all ages, from children to adults
- Work collaboratively with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthodontic care and technology
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our dental care programs and services
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic Program
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Guaranteed base pay in excess of $250K with uncapped bonus potential
- No lab fees
- FT providers are eligible to participate in Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA
- Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance plans are paid for by company
- 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company match
- Company paid malpractice insurance coverage
- Paid holidays and time off
- Continuing Education reimbursements
- CE offered through ADA Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program (C.P)
