Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Review accounting records, monthly transactions, investigate issues, balance accounts, and reconcile according to agreed schedule with clients.
  • Work closely with client's controllers, Executive Directors, and staff in connection with agreed upon engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, and records to ensure accurate financial tracking, including creating ad hoc special reports.
  • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts by providing relevant financial data and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
  • Utilize technology to streamline processes and create efficiencies in partnership with our clients.
  • Coordinate with team members to support client's needs and work on special projects.
  • Provide consulting services in the areas of financial forecasting, financial statement analysis, and cash flow planning.
