As a Director of Enterprise Project Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and process improvements across our operations and franchise network.

You will be responsible for managing the execution of enterprise-wide strategies and process improvements, collaborating with senior leaders to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

**Job Description**

The Director of Enterprise Project Management will have responsibility for developing and implementing scalable, efficient processes that enhance operational performance and align with our company's strategic objectives.

This leader will focus on implementing initiatives, streamlining workflows, optimizing resource utilization, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across our global operations, corporate functions, and the franchise network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of enterprise-wide strategies and process improvements
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment with broader business objectives
  • Establish frameworks for consistent execution of business processes across corporate and franchise operations
  • Engage corporate and franchise teams to balance efficiency with exceptional service delivery

**Requirements**

We are looking for a leader with a balance of strategic and operational rigor, capable of driving impactful, sustainable improvements across a dynamic, franchise-based organization.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in Project Management, operational excellence, or business transformation roles
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale Project Management initiatives, driving measurable implementation gains, and reducing costs across diverse business operations
