Job Description

Frequently, we look for exceptional Bartenders to enhance the guest experience at FOUR ROOTS. As a member of our hospitality team, you will play a key role in ensuring every visit is an enjoyable one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking drink orders from customers
  • Assisting patrons with drink choices and recommendations
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization within the bar area
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • RBS certification required
  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending preferred
  • Mixology or hospitality certification preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items
  • Age requirement: must be legal to serve alcohol
  • Able to maintain focus in a dynamic environment
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Able to collaborate with colleagues as part of a cohesive team
