Georgia Hospice Care is seeking a Registered Nurse with expertise in palliative care to join our team. As a Hospice Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating care plans, and communicating with the care team, patients, and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 25 lbs
