Your Role

Palo Alto Networks is in search of a seasoned Senior IT Business Analyst to enhance our esteemed IT business analysis team. Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Analysis:

  • Solution Development:

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Facilitate user acceptance testing to confirm that solutions meet expectations and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • At least 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in innovative product analysis.
  • Deep understanding of the operational needs of hardware and cloud product offerings.
  • Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization.
  • In-depth knowledge of licensing and entitlement frameworks for hardware and cloud products.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
