Job Summary

As a Commercial Payments Sales Manager at TEPHRA, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for our B2B Payments, Merchant Services, and Data portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of customer business landscapes, priorities, pain points, and opportunities for optimization, improvements, and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at different levels in customer organizations
Understand TCS services and solutions across IT, Business, and Engineering, and contextualize them to meet customer needs
Generate demand through various workshops, cold calls, thought leadership articles, and other marketing activities
Develop proactive proposals, responses to RFPs and RFIs, and manage financial aspects including invoicing, margins, and payments

Requirements

MBA in Marketing & Sales or equivalent experience
15-20 years of total experience with prior experience in Card & Payments IT sales, sales, generating revenue, and understanding customer business landscapes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage customer relationships with senior leadership
