Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef to join our team at Giant Eagle Inc. As a key member of our Prepared Foods Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

About the Role

• Lead a team of food service professionals to achieve sales and profit goals
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance
• Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and shrinkage
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in food service management or a related field
• Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Food safety certification and knowledge of food handling and preparation procedures
