Position Overview:
This role will report directly to the Director of Finance and will play a crucial role in enhancing monthly operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate weekly reports on technology usage, unauthorized hours, and work-in-progress for distribution.
  • Oversee inventory management, including cycle count metrics, excess and obsolete inventory, and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports for management review.
  • Lead the management reporting process for actual results and forecasting for the distribution team.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach to learning and improving processes on a monthly basis.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The capability to manage processes across various teams.
  • Minimal travel requirements, less than 5%.
